The offside rule.. it should be , if you have 1 foot onside, you are not offside.. you should be allowed to sit on the defender’s shoulder ready to make your run and if your holding the line with 1 foot onside it will benefit the game with more chances and more goals.

Stop the clock every time the ball goes out. So no time-wasting.
